You're not done when you're done

Don't release resources (with the knowledge of how your ERP was built) too early


Towards the end of the programme those that are left will be desperately trying to complete final handovers, close out finances and attempt to demonstrate benefits are beginning to be realised….then take a few months off to recover! 


A support model is in place to takeover from this point, all good right? Well, maybe. It depends if the new support organisation has the capability and budget to do more than just support. There will inevitably be a period of stabilisation however to ensure you are continually maximising your return on investment you need to be able to i) ensure capability delivered by the programme is being exploited, ii) new features and functions are regularly reviewed and iii) there is continued sponsorship from the Exec to invest and drive value.
